Green banana flour High fibre Chapati/Roti
Ingredients
  • 2 Cup – Janaki Farm Banana Flour

  • 1 Cup water or as required

  • 1 teaspoon Salt a pinch

  • Oil/Butter as required


Instructions

  1. Take 1 measure of water & keep it to boil.

  2. Once water starts boiling, add adequate amount banana flour and little salt to taste.

  3. Mix well, turn off the flame and cover it and keep for 5 minutes.

  4. Then knead and mix atta well.

  5. Divide the dough into fist sized balls. Roll into chapatis, dust it with dry banana flour if required.

  6. Put the chapatis on the tawa & cook till golden brown on both the size.

  7. Serve hot

Banana Flour Porridge

Ingredients

  • Janaki Farm Banana Flour – 2 tbsp

  • Jaggery powder – 1tbsp

  • Milk & water mix 1 cup

  • Ghee 1tsp (optional)


Instructions

Take 2 tbsp of Janaki Farm banana flour and add it to a thick bottomed pan. Add 1 cup mix of water & milk to it until it dissolves.

Cook on stove for few minutes until the raw banana powder gets cooked well. Stir it continuously otherwise it gets to stick to the bottom.

Once the raw banana powder is cooked, add powdered jaggery

Switch off the flame and add ghee(optional) & serve it your baby.
